Bourbon Smoked Pepper Bacon is a collaboration with Kentucky Proud, Broadbent Foods. Broadbent B & B Foods has been producing cured meats since 1909. The Broadbent family settled in Kentucky for the perfect meat curing conditions in the early 1900s and still use the same curing technique and traditions as their forefathers.

Broadbent Country Bacon is a dry-cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months if left unrefrigerated.
